PPP Returns Policy

Thank you for viewing our website and products. We hope you are happy with any purchases made. However, if you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below;

All pre-printed products may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date

Exceptions: Certain products, such as personalised items are non-refundable

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in it's original condition.
In its original packaging.
With all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us:

Please email us at perry-parsons-prints@hotmail.com within 7 days to initiate a return and obtain your returns number along with the address to send this to.

2. Packing & Shipping:

Place item securely in its original packaging.
Include your proof of purchase & returns number with the return.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless otherwise noted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of your item.

3. Return Address:

The return address will be supplied when the return is initiated and a returns number is issued.

Refunds:

Once we have receive your returned item and inspected it's condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
